Suzan Colón is the author of Cherries in Winter: My Family’s Recipe for Hope in Hard Times, published by Doubleday in hardcover. She has written celebrity profiles, personal essays, and food articles for O, the Oprah Magazine; Marie Claire; Jane; Details; Harper’s Bazaar; Seventeen; The Advocate; Mademoiselle; Rolling Stone; and other magazines. She’s a regular contributor to The Huffington Post and mediaelites.com.

Suzan is also the author of three young adult novels based on the TV series Smallville, as well as Catwoman: The Life and Times of a Feline Fatale and What Would Wonder Woman Do?

She lives in New Jersey with her husband, Nathan.
